Refund and Returns Policy

At Yerba Mate Philippines, we strive for fairness and simplicity in every transaction. If an issue arises due to our error, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

You qualify for a full refund or partial compensation if:

  • Damaged or Defective Items – The product arrives with undisclosed damage affecting its use (minor cosmetic flaws excluded).
  • Incorrect or Misrepresented Items – You receive the wrong product, or it doesn’t match the description/expiry date.

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind – We cannot accept returns simply because you no longer want the item.

Return Window & Conditions

  • 3 days from delivery – Contact us immediately if there’s an issue. After this period, we cannot process refunds.
  • Unused & in original packaging – Items must be in resellable condition with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation).

Refund Process

  1. Contact us to initiate a return.
  2. We’ll respond with instructions—either a return label (if eligible) or further details.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (timeline varies by payment provider).

Return Window Return Shipping

Conditions

  • We cover costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
  • You cover costs if returning for other reasons (e.g., ineligible requests).
  • For high-value items, we recommend tracked shipping—we’re not liable for lost returns.
